Personal data collected

The Personal Data come from :
  • contact forms: name, first name; e-mail address
  • data collected via Google Analytics:
    • Information about your computer, including your IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system
    • Information about your visits to and use of this website including the referring source, length of visit, pages viewed, and website navigation paths
  • data collected via cookies (see Cookie Management Policy) such as information about your visits to and use of this website including the referring source, length of visit, page views, and website navigation paths   
  • images collected from photo shootings that took place on 28, 31 March, 5 and 8 April (IBDM staff were invited to participate ; the purpose of the collection was specified by email and verbally reminded on the day the images were taken)
 

Purposes of the collection

These purposes are mainly the following:
  • to send you information, if you have requested it
  • to carry out automated processing activities;
  • to personalise our website (the photos collected during the shootings of 28, 31 March, 5 and 8 April are intended for the illustration of the team pages and the directory page https://www.ibdm.univ-amu.fr/research/staff-directory/ ; https://www.ibdm.univ-amu.fr/fr/recherche/annuaire-du-personnel/);
  • to administer our website and our association;
  • to provide statistical information about our users to third parties (without these third parties being able to identify individual users with this information);
  • to administer any dispute that may arise between us;
  • to maintain the security of our website and prevent fraud.
 

Duration of data storage

Recipients of your personal data

Your Personal Data may be communicated to the following recipients, when such communication is necessary for the achievement of one of the purposes mentioned above and pursued by the Processing of your Personal Data

  • event, communication, advertising and marketing agencies, and affiliation platforms;
  • to printers, document management companies, paper or online archiving companies;
  • research or statistical analysis companies;
  • third-party application maintenance, software service and hosting providers (Google);
  • and in the event of litigation: to investigators, legal advisers, debt collection companies, bailiffs, lawyers, notaries and, where applicable, the parties to the litigation.
 

Transfer of personal data

We may transfer your Personal Information outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for any of the purposes listed above.

In the event of such a transfer, we will ensure that your Personal Data is afforded the same protection as that afforded to Personal Data within the European Economic Area and as such, the communication of your Personal Data to a third party located outside the European Economic Area will be carried out in accordance with the European regulations on the protection of Personal Data and as such, where applicable, will be implemented with third parties who will have access to your Personal Data in accordance with the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.

  • and their deletion, if this is not in conflict with other regulatory or contractual requirements;
  • portability (the right to portability offers you the possibility of recovering part of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) where the processing is based on your consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated processes;
  • to object to the processing of your Personal Data (in this case, you may not be able to access certain services offered by IBDM);
  • to limit the processing of your Personal Data in order to verify its accuracy, to object to its deletion or to exercise or defend your legal rights;
  • the withdrawal of your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal of consent;
