Baptiste Libé-Philippot received the Albert Brachet Prize from the Académie Royale de Belgique for his work on the role of specific human proteins in the development of the cerebral cortex and the evolution of neurons, particularly those in the cerebellum, a region of the brain involved in major cognitive functions such as language.
Fanny Mann was recognized for the excellence of her research by the Académie des Sciences, receiving the Roy-Vaucouloux Prize at the Institut de France.
Meanwhile, Aziz Moqrich achieved an impressive double by receiving the 2025 Axel Kahn Prize from the League Against Cancer and the CNRS Innovation Medal within a few weeks of each other. These awards recognise the excellence and impact of his work.
